Glutenfree and milkfree Crepés-salad dinner

Today was a day for a light dinner. I ate some broccoli soup and couple sliced chicken with corn breads for a lunch but today it seems not to be enough for whole day.



So I made some soya milk crepés.

I had new kind flour which I haven't yet tried for any other than breads. I measure 1 dl flour into 2,5dl soya milk. This flour includes 4 different kind flours; rice, buckwheat, corn and potato. Also psyllium and sugar has been added. One egg and 3 teaspoon sugar.






After the first crepés I added 0,5 - 0,7 dl Semper flours. I was looking for some thickness to a dough fast and got it.








I made yesterday very simple salad:


jäävuorisalaatti (crunchy green salad)
1 pear
2-3 tomatoes
a lot of canned peach (yummy...my taste)




I couldn't even image that these two, a salad and crepés taste so good
